Stephen Colbert and his shiny new Hungarian bridge

Well, not quite there yet, as the bridge is apparently still under construction. However, Stephen won the vote, besting Chuck Norris with 17 million votes in the first round of voting. That’s about 7 million more than there are people in Hungary.

The Hungarian Ambassador to the United States András Simonyi actually visited the Colbert Report. YouTube’s got it, and the Embassy of Hungary’s web site has some great behind-the-scenes photos.

Awesome. Who says young people don’t vote anymore?
